She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Martz Jr. and Frieda Roth Martz; her sister Jeanne Cummings; and her son-in-law Kevin Chance. She is survived by: her daughters, Lora Dunleavy (David) of Struthers and Kimberley Miller (Christopher) of Cortland; her grandchildren, Marissa Price (Logan), Jacob Trella, Hunter Miller (Erika), Christian Miller and Jillian Dunleavy; her siblings, Roy Martz III of Austin, TX, Greg Bucilla (Linda) of California and Nancy Kolesar (Jack) of Boardman; and her brother-in-law Mike Cummings. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Audrey's family suggests memorial contributions be made to either Hospice of the Valley or the Alzheimer's Association in Audrey's memory.
