It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bessie Anderson of Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 90, on August 6, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Bessie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bessie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert W. Osgood and Elizabeth P. Osgood; her grandmother Bessie; and her siblings, Sidney Siegel and Susan.
She is survived by: her husband Godfrey J. Anderson; and her sons, David Anderson (Marcee) of Dayton, Steven Anderson (Terri) of Girard and Michael Anderson (Kimberly) of Palisades, California. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Congregation Ohev Beth Sholom (1119 Elm St, Youngstown, OH 44505).
