He is survived by: his fiancé Kim Smith; his daughters, Megan and Annie Howell; his granddaughter Layla; his siblings, Karen Thompson of Cleveland, Linda Vaughn (Robert) of Boardman, Craig Howell (Tracy) of Hartville and Kirk Howell (Darla) of Boardman; and his brother-in-law David Wagner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
