He is survived by: his wife Holly Craig; his daughter Brynna Welsh; and his siblings, Darlene Welsh-Smith of Youngstown, Jim Welsh (Mary) of Jefferson, NH, Steve Welsh (Diane) of Boardman and Patrick Welsh (Linda) of Boardman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
