He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Will Sr. and Bessie Will (Harbor); his siblings, Edna Hixenbaugh, Howard Will, Helen Kleeh and Walter Will; and his son David E. Will.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Will (Margaret), Janet L. Daley, Patricia A. Will and Linda S. Skillman (Dave); his stepdaughters, Laurie Wittkugle and Lynda; and his grandchildren, Scott Will, Michelle Hamstra, Kristy Vargo, Chad Will, Erin Pezzone, Matthew Skillman, Sarah Italiano, Jessica Skillman, Rodney, Rachael, Roxanne and Reneé Ramps. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
