She is survived by: her siblings, Morris Pegues of Long Beach, CA, Jeffrey Pegues of Bangkok, Thailand and Denise Welch of Youngstown; and her great-niece Victoria Autumn Williams. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
