She was predeceased by : her parents, James Pierce Echols and Louise Hughley Echols; her husband Elmond Williams; her daughter Kathleen Williams; and her siblings, Donald, Kenneth, Frank, James, Robert, Ralph Echols, Carl Jackson, Eron Curry, Mildred Jordan, Thelma Louise Goldston, Elizabeth Mc Millan, Carol Jackson and Jessie Echols.
She is survived by : her children, Robert L. Echols (Mary Ann) of Youngstown, Karlon Ware of Youngstown, Alwaymon Leggette of Youngstown, Anthony Woodberry (Robin) of Youngstown and Marvin Woodberry (Lucy) of Youngstown; and her sister Mary Pearl Allen of Youngstown. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, family and friends.
