He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Jubak and Anne Jubak (Zvarich); and his wife Nancy Jubak (Bradley). He is survived by: his children, Michael Jubak and Brenda Murdock; his grandsons, Matthew Murdock (Caitlin) and Paul Murdock (Hannah); his nephew Bob Jubak (Mary); his great-niece Marie; and his great-nephews, Bobby, Zach and Josh Jubak.
