He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Pagley); his children, Jennifer Stabi (Keith), Andrew Palmer (Molly) and Cory Palmer (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Ava Stabi, Chloe Palmer, Madie Stabi, Mya Stabi, Austin Palmer, Jaxtin Stabi, Stella Palmer, Dax Palmer and Pop. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, brother-in-law, three nephews, and many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Chuck's honor to support pancreatic cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.
