He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles White and Mary Lou White; and his brother Craig. He is survived by: his wife Judy Vogt of Poland, OH; his sons, Brian, Kevin of Columbiana, OH and Eric of Tampa, FL.; his siblings, Colleen Spafford (Hughie) of Ocean View, DE, Chrissy King (Jeff) of Scottsdale, AZ and Carey White (Kristy) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and his siblings-in-law, Cindi White of Annapolis, MD and Rick Vogt (Mary Anne) of Hudson, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Chuck loved walking his two Airedale Terrier dogs, Stella and Josie, thus the family respectfully requests any donations be allotted to the following charities - Friends of Fido, MCDP (PO Box 2963, Youngstown, Oh 44511) or Animal Charity of Ohio (8469 Southern Blvd, Bldg 3, Boardman, Ohio 44512).
