The memory of Charlotte Scali (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on July 30, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Veon and Lucille Javens Veon; her son Russell Hixson Jr.; and her siblings, Nancy, Alta, Hazel, Don, David, Isaac, Tom and Clarence.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hixson (Teresa) of Salem and Dawn Rotunno of McDonald; her sister Evelyn Gower of Tacoma, WA; and her grandchildren, Amber Meese (Samantha), Kaitlynn Whited (Dann Robinson), Jenna Whited, Kortnie Bolevich, Kaylie Bolevich, Michael Hixson Jr. and Bobby German. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
