She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horney and Helen Price Horney; her siblings, Dr. John Horney and Sandra Laverie; and her brother-in-law Howard Laverie.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Elias; her siblings-in-law, Alice Horney Simpson, Roger and Carole Elias; her nieces, Dr. Debra Laverie, Sara Utsch (John), Monica Herring, Erin Gannon (Chris), Katherine (Michael) and Neuenfeldt; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie, Mae Mae, Amelia and Henry Utsch.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley and Animal Charity.
