He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel A. Mohler and Esther Trout Mohler; and his sister Sue Sloan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kubala; and his son Dan "Sparky" Mohler, Jr. (Emily). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
