He was predeceased by : his father Calvin LeRoy Schnitz. He is survived by : his wife Ruby C. Drost Schnitz; his daughters, Charity Schnitz (Thomas Abram) of Youngstown and Christina Pekalla (Jasen) of Liberty; his stepdaughter Tammy Crowe of Mineral Ridge; his grandchildren, Aria, Dreylin, Svana, Gabriel, Katelyn and Austin; his great grandchild Liliana; his mother Martha Gamble Schmittler; and his siblings, Debra Mayotte (William) of Huntington, IN, Cheryl Pace (Charles) of Huntington, IN, Robert Schnitz of Fort Wayne, IN and Gary Schnitz of Belpre, OH..
