He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spencer and Gladys Spencer (Barry); his daughter Katherine Spencer; his siblings, Margaret Conroy, Charles, Paul and James Spencer; and his pet Lili.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Howell (Zac) and Elizabeth Spencer; his grandson Hudson Howell; his siblings, Anne Bocci (Jay), Mary Race, Dorothy Graham, Joanne Kelly and John Spencer; and his pets, Winnie and Daisy.
