He is survived by: his children, Philip Smith (Debra) of Strongsville, Dr. Lawrence Smith (Paula) of Louisville, Tennessee, James Smith of Youngstown, Vicky Trescott (Martin) of North Canton and Margaret Smith of Liberty Township; his sister Patricia A. Sikora (Joseph) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Ryan, Stephani (Caleb), Kimberely (Robsan), Amanda, Alden (Alex), Cody (Justine), Garrison (Stephanie), Taylor (Aladen), Logan, Blake, Haylie and Makenzie; and his great grandchildren, Braylee, Eli, Lucy, Westin, Oolan, Harper, Charlie, Malaan and Miles.
