He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Puz and Sophie J. Puz (Wiech); his brother John Richard Puz; and his grandson Dylan Puz. He is survived by: his sons, David (Heather), Gary (Cheryl) and Tom (Diana); his grandchildren, Justin Burchfield, Kyle Puz, Anastasia Thomas, Ethan Puz, Adrian Puz and Alyssa Hawes; his wife Virginia Puz (Ginny); and his siblings, Dolores, Sandra, Lily, Michael and Bobby.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lake Milton Fish and Game Club located at 4374 Bedell Rd, Berlin Center, OH 44401.
