She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ulevich and Ann Cikoski Ulevich; and her sister Lois Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa A. Grosik of Youngstown and Lora M. Grosik of Austintown; her brothers, William Ulevich of Easton, MD. and Robert Ulevich (Barbara) of Palm City, Fla; and her husband Stephen J. Grosik.
