Donna Koziorynsky Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Koziorynsky (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DeRose, and Florence Panning DeRose, Sr.; her husband Jerry M. Koziorynsky; her son Jerry M. Koziorynsky Jr.; her sister Julia Cene; and her brother-in-law Bert Cene.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Hlebak of Boardman; her brother Louis DeRose of Warren; her sister-in-law Darlene Koziorynsky of Struthers; her grandchildren, James Hlebak (Megan) of North Lima, Crea Scalzo (Adam) of Dublin, Jerry F. Koziorynsky, Jr. of Youngstown and Matthew Koziorynsky (Alexis) of Columbiana; and her great grandchildren, Gracyn, Clara Hlebak of North Lima, Lincoln, Solette Scalzo of Dublin, Izabella, Zander Koziorynsky of Columbiana and James Hlebak.

Her family has requested that contributions be made to St. Luke Church in her memory as a tribute to her faith and the community she cherished.
