She is survived by: her husband Earl B. Spencer; her children, James Spencer (Debra) of Warren, Tim Spencer of Girard and Kim Gillis (Michael) of Madison; and her siblings, Bobby Weybrecht of Burton and Carol Dunn Spencer of Youngstown. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
