She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Misko and Mary Catherine "Sis" Misko (Skelley); her husband Richard Moskosky; and her sister Kathleen Misko. She is survived by: her children, Jim Moskosky (Carolina) and Cindy Laux (Andy); her grandchildren, Carolina Moskosky, James Moskosky, Christopher Moskosky and Jackson Laux; her sister Lynn Neely (Mark); and her nephew Brett Neely (Cara).
