He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Demetri (Pappas) of Donora and Gregory Demetri of Lisbon, Ohio.; his wife Eleni Demetri (Peppas) of Port Richie, Florida.; his aunt Christine Dickos (Demetri); his uncle Dinos Dickos; and his nephew Gregory Ortiz.
He is survived by: his siblings, George Demetri (Kathy), Connie Athanasopolis (Bill) and Tom Demetri (Kelly); his uncle Nicholas Pappas (Dorothea); his nieces, Athena and Sophia Demetri; and his cousins, George Dickos (Stacy) and Francene Tucker (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church (220 N Walnut St, Youngstown, OH 44503). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 220 North Walnut Street.
