She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Hughes and Veronica Hughes (Finn); her husband Bernard J. O'Neill; her son Navy Seal Brad O'Neill; her grandson Justin Harrison; and her siblings, Patrick, Harry Hughes and Rosemary Frank.

She is survived by: her children, Diane O'Neill of Tuscon, AZ, Gary O'Neill (Peg) of Lordstown and Brian O'Neill of Huntington Beach, CA; her siblings, Eleanor Hughes of Youngstown, Marge Goodall of Canfield and Robert F Hughes of Parma; her grandsons, Jason Harrison (Aisha), Brandon O'Neill (Rachel Jones) and Daniel O'Neill; and her great grandchildren, Jason and Landon Harrison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as her extended family.
