He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Chripko and Maria Mary Martinko Chripko; his daughter Marie Anne; and his grandson Mark John. He is survived by: his wife Marie Dorothy "Peppy" Luchansky; his daughter Margaret; and his caregivers, Kim, Stacey, Ashley and Mike Senchak. He is also survived by 37 nieces and nephews, 75 great-nieces and -nephews, numerous great-great-nieces.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations are requested and will be distributed equally to Chief's selected veteran charities.
