She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Carr (Gilda) and Maria Stella Tassone; her husband Joseph Anthony Asteri Sr.; and her siblings, Rose Chiera, Dominic Chiera, Guiseppe Chiera and Vince Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Theresa Martin (Paul) of Niles and Joseph A. Asteri Jr. (Kathleen) of Austintown; her grandson Scott Martin (Christy); her great grandchild Meredith Martin; and her siblings, Theresa Trell and Louie Carr (Janice) of Austintown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel (4303 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515). A prayer will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Joseph Roman Catholic Parish (4545 New Rd, Youngstown, OH 44515).
