As we bid Gregory farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gregory is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Ioana Iosifescu. He is survived by: his daughters, Karina Stoffel of Hopkinsville and Cristina Tanaskovich of Avon; his grandchildren, Marinko Tanaskovich, Joanna Linn and Alex Tanaskovich; and his great grandchildren, Rudy Linn and Robin Linn.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church (626 Wick Ave, Youngstown, OH 44502).
