He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cox (Collins); his son Kevin Cox; his daughters-in-law, Kimberly and Christina; and his grandsons, Liam (Riley) and Ethan Cox.
Hal was also a proud member of the Masons, where the values of brotherhood and charity he held dear found a natural home.
