Clinkscale; his son Harry Clinkscale III; his siblings, Harriett Clinkscale Pennington MacFarley, Doris Mae Clinkscale Moore, John Arthur Clinkscale Sr., Lawrence Clinkscale Sr., Lemuel Clinkscale Sr. and Dennis Clinkscale; and his grandchildren, Devante Clinkscale, Donovan Clinkscale, Joseph Clinkscale Jr. and Chandriann Clinkscale.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Clinkscale Sr. of Youngstown, Tonya Clinkscale Gravitt (Jim) of Louisville, KY, Julie Clinkscale of Youngstown and Glen Clinkscale of Burlington, N. C.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
