Bell of Youngstown and Isaac Fountain of Columbus; his grandchildren, Isaiah Bell of Eastlake and Keasia Bell of Youngstown; his siblings, Jeorjiana Bell of Youngstown, Virginia "Cookie" Coleman of Youngstown and Joseph Bell of Texas; his caregiver Montell Cochrane; his siblings, Jonathan, Anthony "Tony" and Ruth "Baby Doll" Bell; Cathy Butler. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
