He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Calcagni and Louise Ferrante Calcagni. He is survived by: his wife Debbie A. Naples; his children, Dr. Christopher James Calcagni (Michelle) and Angie Carchedi (James); his siblings, Patty Gizzi (Phil), Ron Calcagni (Carol) and Mark Calcagni (Jacqui); his grandchildren, Angelo, Dante Carchedi, Nash, Easton and Trae Calcagni; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Robert Naples Sr. (Donna), Karen Ames (Rick) and John Naples. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
