He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hushower and Lavina Hushower (Jones); his son Carl Hushower; his stepson Jim-Jim Price; and his siblings, Bill, Charlie Hushower and Clarabell Hushower.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Faunda of North Jackson and Viola Shields of Youngstown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
