He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. O'Malley and Anne C. Dailey O'Malley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Olesky of Patrick's Church; his children, James T. (Jenni), David Edward O'Malley of Youngstown and Jennifer Anne Petersen (Jeff) of Fort Lauderdale, FLA.; his grandchildren, Sammy O'Malley of Columbus and Gideon O'Malley of Nashville Tenn; his brother Edward J. O'Malley (Judi Gozur) of Liberty; and his children, Kevin and Katie O'Malley. He is also survived by brothers and sisters -in -law and several nieces and nephews.
