She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Manigault and Allene Dunn Manigault; her son Jeffrey Howell; her granddaughter Tanisha Howell; and her siblings, Kenneth Manigault (Ernestine), Albert "Fuzzy" Manigault (Lola), Reggie Manigault and Darlene Manigault Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband James Howell; her children, Jon Howell (Adrienne) of Youngstown and Janeen Howell Runyon of Youngstown; and her siblings, Joyce Manigault Robbins (Johnny), Jerome Manigault (Donna) and Ronald Manigault (Jackie). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Belmont Cemetery (3346 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH 44505).
