We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Janet Noel (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl O. Dickson and Margaret Weber Dickson. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Reese (Dennis) of Williamsburg, Michigan, Tom Noel of Columbus and Ron Noel (Liz Stoeker) of Durham; her siblings, Nancy Swanhart of Pittsburgh and Carl Dickson (Shirley) of East McKeesport; her niece Jennifer Mance (DJ); and her nephew Paul Swanhart of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
