He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John "Scat" Jerek and Margaret Jerek; his siblings, Judy Horcharik (Steve Urish), Jim Jerek and Jeannie Alexander (Bill); his wife Ronda Jerek (Vaughn); and his daughters, Jennifer A. Jerek and Dr. Alyssa N. Jerek.
