He was predeceased by: his father Carl A. Swanson; and his brother-in-law Gary Gutelius. He is survived by: his wife Pam Gutelius Swanson; his mother Margaret Fox of Canfield; his sons, Jeffrey C. Swanson Jr. of Savannah, GA and Jason Edward Swanson (Marcie) of Bluffton; his granddaughters, Paige, Lauren and Ashley Swanson; his sister Barbara L. Stewart (James) of Lake Milton; his brother-in-law Dan Gutelius (Pat) of Howland; his nephews, Trevor, Troy Stewart and Steve Gutelius (Marissa); his niece Beth Kane (Adam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Carolyn Stewart, Lyla Kane, Dylan and Jackson Gutelius.
