She is survived by: her daughter Karen Kollar of Boardman; her grandsons, Ross R. Kollar (Amanda) of Canfield and John R. Martynyszyn (Nicole) of Howland; her great grandchildren, Luke, Jack, Liv, Reese and Shea Kollar; and her sibling's children, Debbie DePaul and Antonio DePaul (Lauren).
