She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Lucarell and Mary Lucarell; her husband Gilbert Edward "Eddie" Schanz; her son Edward John Schanz; her siblings, Minnie Long, Rosemary Lazar, Jeri Brennan, Patty Morella, Shirley Costas, Judy Connors, Annette Blair, Jean Braun, Anita Gieseler, Patrick Lucarell and Baby Peter Lucarell; and her siblings-in-law, LuAnn Schanz, Cheryl Schanz, Don Schanz and Michael Nanosky.
She is survived by: her son Rick Schanz (Teresa) of Lordstown; her grandchildren, Stephanie Woolery (Ted), Kristopher Schanz, Ross Schanz, Courtney Reppy (Chris), Patrick Schanz (Karli), Michael Dowdell, Christina Dowdell and Sarah Warburton; her great grandchildren, Eden, Zoey and Ryan; her sister Barbara Zitkovich; and her sister-in-law Maryann Nanosky of South Carolina.
