He was predeceased by: his parents, Regis Murphy and Phyllis Murphy (Ward); and his brother Larry Murphy. He is survived by: his wife MaryEllen Hughes; his siblings, Rege Murphy (Sharon), Joe Murphy (Janie), Danny Murphy (Lori) and Donnie Murphy (Lisa); his sister-in-law Kathy Murphy; and his in-laws, Tom Hughes (Jeanne), Diane Schlick and LouAnne Dolphin (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lane Austintown Chapel (5797 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Jack's love for his dogs, Pebbles and Pepper, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Angels for Animals or Animal Charity.
