He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans of Canfield; his close friend Barney; his children, Jennifer West (Mark) and John Evans; his grandchildren, John West, Ella West and Evan West; his sibling's children, Dr. Charles VanDyke and Karen VanDyke of Columbiana; his stepdaughter Erica Creque; his son-in-law Don Creque; his stepgrandchildren, Foster, Liam Creque and Charley; Ryan.
