He is survived by: his son John "Jack" Italiano II (Cindy) of Youngstown; his granddaughters, Angelica Hammond (Dusty) and Nicole Italiano; his great grandchildren, Mia, Avery Grau, Nicolina Italiano and Blaine Hammond; his sister Rose Pacalo (Captain Nick); and his pet Smokey Joe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
