He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Carney (John) of Canfield and Nancy Reali of Poland; his grandchildren, Ceara Baky (Fady), Francesca Carney and Shiann Markiewicz (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Elliot Baky and Anderson Markiewicz; and his siblings, Alan Kozak (Lydia), William Kozak (Karen), Kathleen Biasella (Robert) and Victoria Gutierrez (Anthony).
