It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Marsco of Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John D. Marsco to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Marsco and Pauline Marsco (Priore). He is survived by : his children, Jason Marsco (Shannon) of Youngstown, Kristin Jarome (Frank) of Niles and Jennifer Goodrick (Gary) of Hubbard; his grandchildren, Alexis Mezakowski (Tim), Adrianna, Luciano Marsco, Daniel, Owen Jarome, Alex, Grayson and Jaxson Goodrick; and his siblings, Vito Marsco (Sandy) of Girard and Rosemary Marsco (Maria Ciletti) of Niles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home (4221 Market St, Youngstown, OH 44512). A prayer was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica (343 Via Mt Carmel Ave, Youngstown, OH 44505).

In lieu of flowers material contributions may be made in John's name to a scholarship fund that founded in 2020 in honor of his father. Please make donations to the Donald J. Marsco Scholarship Fund at Ursuline High School, 750 Wick Ave, Youngstown, Ohio 44504.
