He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shurilla and Veronica Shurilla; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Shurilla; his sons, Jonathan Shurilla (Cara) of Columbus, OH and Jarret Shurilla of Myrtle Beach, SC.; and his siblings, Christopher, David, James Shurilla and Dr. Elaine Lewis. He is also survived by aunt, neices, nephews, many cousins, and friends.
