He is survived by: his close friend Connie Carpenter; his daughter Jessica Fazli (Alex) of Parma Heights; his grandchildren, Riley Maloney and Allen Carroll; his sisters, Chris Pruitt (Chris) and Karen Stacey; and his aunts, Peg Lindsay, Helen Kenzig and Alice Cooley. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
