Sullivan (Rachael) of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Noah, Hannah, Lydia, Amelia, Ezra and Nora; his siblings, Ginny Sullivan (Joe Yannerella) of Austintown and Joseph Sullivan of Youngstown; and his sister-in-law Susan Pelyhes of Niles.
