He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herminio Alvarez and Adela Alvarez of Loíza; his siblings, Alfredo "Freddy" Alvarez Rodriguez, Herminio "Junito" Alvarez Rodriguez, Angel Luis "Papo" Alvarez Rodriguez, Maria Angeles "Mita" Alvarez Rodriguez, Maria Victoria "Toyi" Alvarez Rodriguez, Adela "Adelita" Alvarez Rodriguez, Aida Nazario and Carmen Nazario; his brothers-in-law, Victor and Oscar; his nieces and nephews, Naty Rodriguez, Marayelis Rodriguez Campbell, Karla Rodriguez, Amy Alvarez, Adela Alvarez, Zuniila Alvarez, Jancho, Ricardo, Elias, Luis, JennyFred, Angel, Omaira, Reina, Johanna, Jose, Elizabeth, Yvette, Puruco, Glendy, Bolita, Rosita and Oscalito; his girlfriend Teresa Hisks; his friend Maria Adela; Chipirre, Boca Chula and Tres Patas. He was also cherished by his family, friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gregory-Martin Funeral Home, Youngstown Chapel (292 Madison Ave, Youngstown, OH 44504).
