He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Maciejewski and Janina Maciejewski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Gedeon); his daughter Rose Farley (Greg); and his grandchildren, Magnolia, Westley and Eowyn.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columba Cathedral (154 W Wood St, Youngstown, OH 44503).
