He is survived by: his wife Christine Modarelli; his children, Michelle Skarote of Struthers and Anthony Skarote (Lisa) of Mineral Ridge; his sister Elizabeth Mirone of Ocean View; and his granddaughter Taylor Skarote.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel (2726 Center Rd, Youngstown, OH 44514). A Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Christ Our Savior St. Nicholas Church (770 5th St, Struthers, OH 44471).
