She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron T. Gillam and Ruth L. Gillam (Brick); her husband Jack W. Heim; and her brothers, William Gillam, Charles Gillam and Richard Gillam.
She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Heim (Debra) of New Middletown, Jackie M. Lewis (Troy) of Youngstown and Nora A. Heim of Youngstown; her granddaughters, Kayla Heim, Nicole Rosser (Josh), Leah Lewis and Samantha Combis; her great grandchildren, Alexus, Logan, Skylar, Ryan, Kyrie and Penelope; and her sister-in-law Lenora Gillam.
